When you open an account on bagh baji, use the service, or make any kind of transaction, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on bagh baji and take part in any casino or betting activity, you must be at least 21 years old. If incorrect age information is provided, bagh baji reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any winnings.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, bagh baji may close all of them and cancel any balances or bonuses held in those accounts.
2.3 Accurate Information
Providing complete and accurate information at the time of registration is mandatory. Providing false or incorrect details regarding your name, mobile number, date of birth, or any identity-related information will be considered a breach of these Terms.
2.4 Password Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If your password falls into the hands of a third party or your account is used without your authorisation, notify the bagh baji support team immediately. You are responsible for any activity that occurs before you report the issue.
Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits on bagh baji can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
The payment account used for a deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Process
Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
Identity verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal. If verification is not complete, your withdrawal request may be put on hold.
3.3 Suspicious Transactions
If any transaction appears suspicious or is required to be reviewed under applicable law, bagh baji may put it on hold. Account activity may be restricted pending investigation where necessary.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
bagh baji offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount — i.e. ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.
Another example: depositing ৳16,200 gives a bonus of ৳8,000 (the maximum), with a total balance of ৳24,200. The wagering requirement for withdrawal is ৳8,000 × 20 = ৳1,60,000.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings related to a bonus only become withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will result in immediate account closure.
4.3 Other Promotional Offers

VIP Program and Cashback
5.1 VIP Tiers
The bagh baji VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can move up to a higher tier based on regular activity and active participation on the platform.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%
5.2 Cashback Calculation
Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on net losses for that week. Net loss = total wagered — total won. Example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.
Cashback is credited directly to the account and is processed at the end of each week. Cashback may carry its own wagering requirement, which will be stated in the relevant promotion details.
5.3 Changes to VIP Benefits
bagh baji reserves the right to change the terms, rates, or benefits of the VIP program at any time. Where changes are made, every effort will be made to notify members as early as possible.
Gaming and Betting Rules
6.1 Finality of Game Results
Game results displayed on bagh baji are determined automatically by the relevant game software. If the correct result cannot be recovered due to a technical error or connection disruption, the affected round may be declared void and the wagered amount refunded.
6.2 Error Policy
Any prize or win paid out incorrectly due to a technical fault, display error, or software bug is not valid. In such cases, bagh baji reserves the right to reclaim the relevant amount.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
For sports betting, separate rules may apply to each event. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the wagered amount is generally refunded; however, exceptions may apply to specific events and will be clearly stated on the betting page.
6.4 Fraudulent Activity
Using bots, automated software, or any fraudulent means to gain an advantage will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

- Suspicion that the account belongs to a minor
9.3 Balance of a Suspended Account
If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, the associated balance and bonuses may be forfeited. The relevant balance may be held while an investigation is ongoing.
Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Limitation of Liability
bagh baji is not liable for losses caused by internet connection disruptions, server issues, third-party software errors, or problems with your own device. bagh baji is not obliged to provide compensation if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect. The unenforceability of one clause does not invalidate the entire agreement.
